All user data and associated database booking records are subject to automatic removal or deletion once the rental period expires or a request is rejected by our operations team.

We use essential session cookies and local storage to manage your booking inputs across form steps and keep administrators logged in. We also use automated security tools to detect and prevent spam submissions on our forms. We do not use cookies for marketing or advertising purposes.

Our platform connects directly with secure database infrastructure (Supabase) and standard email routing gateways to ensure immediate scheduling and booking confirmations. Your information is processed safely through these encrypted environments.
